Lent, Holy Week, and Easter at Immanuel
During the Lenten Season,
we focus on prayer, reflection, self-examination — remembering who we are and to whom we belong. As followers of Jesus, we prepare our hearts as we recall the death and resurrection of Christ.
This Lenten season, we invite you to experience moments of holiness and wholeness through weekly opportunities for worship, prayer, and reflection — and special gatherings as we journey through Holy Week and Easter.

Life and death stand side by side as we enter into Good Friday. Jesus reveals the power and glory of God, even as he is put on trial and sentenced to death. Standing with the disciples at the foot of the cross, we pray for the whole world in the ancient bidding prayer, as Christ’s death offers life to all. This time of worship centers on the cross through words of scripture and musical reflections.
